Morningside Animal Hospital Wins 2014 Hospital Design Competition Merit Award 

 

January 24, 2014— Morningside Animal Hospital in Port Saint Lucie, Fla., received a 2014 Hospital Design Competition Merit Award in the 49th annual Veterinary Economics Hospital Design Competition. Drs. Jennifer DiTrapani-Gimbal and Nathan Gimbal own the 6,918-square-foot animal hospital at 1626 SE Port Saint Lucie Blvd.

Judges evaluate competition entries in the following categories:

• Site plan • Mechanical features

• Outpatient areas • Plumbing features

• Inpatient areas • Electrical features

• Quality of finish materials • Overall features

Morningside Animal Hospital will be featured in the Hospital Design Supplement delivered with the June 2014 issue of Veterinary Economics, which reaches 58,000 practicing veterinarians in the United States and Canada.
